Day 1 :

Delhi to Manali (Overnight Volvo Journey)

Board the AC Volvo Bus from Delhi in the evening (around 8-9 PM). Overnight journey to Manali (approx. 11-13 hrs). Comfortable reclining seats, blankets, and water bottles provided.

Day 2 :

Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing

Arrival in Manali in the morning. - Transfer to the hotel for check-in and freshening up. - Afternoon: Manali local sightseeing: - Hadimba Devi Temple – a beautiful pagoda-style temple. - Vashisht Hot Springs – natural sulfur springs. - Tibetan Monastery and Mall Road – for shopping and exploring cafes. - Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 :

Solang Valley & Atal Tunnel / Rohtang Pass

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day excursion to Solang Valley – indulge in adventure sports like paragliding, skiing, and snow scooter rides. Visit the Atal Tunnel / Rohtang Pass (subject to weather and permits). Return to Manali by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 :

Departure to Delhi (Overnight Volvo Bus Journey)

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Free time for shopping at Mall Road. Board the Volvo Bus in the evening for the return journey to Delhi. Overnight journey.

Accommodation will be booked in 3- 4-star hotels or as per requested.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done by ITA Hub.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & ITA Hub will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
